Counseling Services and Consulting, LLC is a full service state approved IOP (Intensive Out Patient) facility.  The staff consists of Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapist and Addiction Specialists.  Call for confidential assessment and treatment.

We are located in Fort Wayne, IN 46804, at 4660 West Jefferson Blvd, Suite 200.  Our office is located in the Professional Park West complex just behind Best Buy at Apple Glenn (Jefferson Pointe Mall).
